Nick Jarman

Nick is excited to join our Sotheby's International Realty Team with real estate

experience from both Washington state and California. He began his real estate

career in 2005 with the majority of his experience coming from the Seattle area.

Nick’s focus was working with builders and developers in the sales and marketing

of multi-family communities, including condominium conversions, new

construction high rise condos, and new construction townhome communities. His

work ethic, communication skills, and integrity have all been integral parts to his

success in the industry.

Coming from Seattle, Nick began vacationing in the desert in 2007 to enjoy

sunshine, blue skies, and all of the beauty the desert has to offer. In 2008, he

began splitting his time between Seattle and Palm Springs. In 2015, his love for

the desert lifestyle overtook him and he relocated to Palm Springs full time.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys competitive swimming, cooking, wine tasting,

travelling, and spending time with his mini golden doodle Cooper.
